Before leaving the factory, the technical team conducted comprehensive and meticulous testing, meticulously debugging core components such as drum operation, screening accuracy, transmission system, and sealing protection. They rigorously investigated common problems such as abnormal noises, uneven screening, and jamming, ensuring that all performance parameters of the equipment met standards and satisfied the dry and wet screening and coarse and fine grading requirements of various materials such as ores, sand and gravel, construction waste, and chemical materials. Furthermore, considering the equipment's outdoor operation and long-distance transportation characteristics, the entire machine underwent rust-proofing and impact-proofing treatment. Key components, motors, and control cabinets were individually packaged with cushioning, and protective pads were added to the machine's corners to prevent wear, deformation, and moisture damage during transportation.

At the loading site, staff worked collaboratively, operating the hoisting equipment in a standardized manner, precisely controlling the hoisting angle and stress points, and smoothly loading and securing the equipment. Multiple layers of reinforcement, including steel wire ropes and fastening straps, were used to prevent shifting or shaking during long-distance transport. The entire delivery process was efficient and orderly, with all equipment parts, manuals, and warranty documents checked throughout to ensure completeness and documentation.

The rotary drum screen shipped this time features a stable structure, low operating noise, high screening efficiency, and is less prone to clogging, making it suitable for various continuous industrial and mining operations. We will continue to monitor the logistics progress. After the equipment arrives on-site, our technical personnel will promptly coordinate installation, commissioning, and training, providing comprehensive after-sales support to ensure the equipment is quickly put into operation and creates stable economic benefits for our customers.
