The particle size can be adjusted as needed, generally breaking waste to sizes ranging from a few centimeters to tens of centimeters.

Applications: Indispensable in waste treatment plants or recycling stations that handle large items of waste. For example, in some old furniture dismantling and processing centers, shredders first break down large furniture items such as old sofas and chairs, then use magnetic separation equipment to separate metal parts. The remaining wood, fabric, and other fragments can be further processed or used for incineration power generation.
Screening Machine
Features: It grades and screens waste particles according to their size. Common screening machines include vibrating screens and drum screens. A vibrating screen uses a vibrator to generate high-frequency vibrations on the screen surface, allowing waste particles smaller than the screen aperture to pass through, while those larger remain on the screen, thus separating waste of different particle sizes. A rotary drum screen consists of several rotating drums. Waste tumbles and moves forward inside the drums; fine particles pass through the screen apertures, while coarse particles are discharged from the end of the drums. The screen aperture size of the screening machine can be customized according to actual needs to meet different particle size grading requirements.
