Features: Utilizes the attraction of a magnetic field to ferromagnetic materials (such as steel, iron wire, etc.) to separate metallic substances from waste. Magnetic separation equipment typically consists of magnets (such as electromagnets or permanent magnets), a conveyor system, and a sorting box. When waste passes through the magnetic field area of the magnetic separator, metallic substances are adsorbed onto the magnets and carried out of the magnetic field area by the rotation of the magnets or the movement of the conveyor belt, achieving separation from other non-magnetic substances. Its sorting effect is affected by various factors such as magnetic field strength and waste flow rate; the higher the magnetic field strength and the slower the waste flow rate, the better the sorting effect.
